    Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) Projects

    Throughout the course, you will have the opportunity to work on five real-time projects that simulate actual Scrum scenarios. These projects will allow you to apply the knowledge and skills acquired during the training and gain practical experience in implementing Scrum practices in a realistic setting.

    1.1 Create and prioritize user stories
    1.2 Conduct sprint planning and daily Scrum meetings
    1.3 Track progress using burndown charts

    2.1 Act as a ScrumMaster® in a simulated project environment
    2.2 Facilitate Scrum meetings and remove impediments
    2.3 Coach and mentor the development team

    3.1 Collaborate with the product owner to plan releases
    3.2 Estimate backlog items and determine release dates
    3.3 Develop a release roadmap and communicate progress
